Privacy & concept use.

What you share.

Your account, contact details, design preferences, room photos, plans, dimensions, conversation and project history are linked to your private workspace. The owner can review the project to prepare a quote. Workers receive access to assigned jobs and the relevant project information. Supplier costs and draft quotes are restricted to the owner.

Guest room studies.

One guest concept is available per connection per day, subject to the available visualization allowance. A secure session cookie provides access for 24 hours. A private salted connection fingerprint limits repeat trials. Sign in to retain a guest concept with your project and continue with three revisions. Guest access expiry does not delete the underlying project records; contact us about deletion or an expired study.

AI and service providers.

Clerk handles sign-in. Cloudflare hosts the site and project records. When you request an AI concept, answer or document analysis, the information needed for that request is sent to OpenAI. Photo, plan and transcription tools present consent controls before processing. Optional assistant read-aloud sends the selected assistant response to ElevenLabs; the public welcome is a prerecorded brand narration. We do not send your entire project to the voice provider. Provider handling is subject to their current policies.

Avoid uploading identity documents, payment information or unrelated sensitive information. Use only images and plans you have permission to share.

Your design and your proposal.

Gallery artwork and room concepts are illustrative AI designs. They do not establish an exact supplier product, dimensions, acoustic performance, engineering approval or construction drawing. Your proposal identifies the reviewed material, finish, quantity, installation scope and schedule. No public automatic quote or guaranteed lead time is provided.

Access and requests.

Project information is retained for project administration and owner review until it is removed. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact Calerana’s project owner. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes. Signing out ends your signed-in browser session; it does not delete your project.
