Do I need a preliminary home or site visit?
We can start your design and prepare a quote remotely using clear photos, labeled plans and verified measurements. A separate preliminary visit is not required when that information is sufficient. Your proposal identifies any remaining measurement, access, substrate, ceiling attachment or electrical checks before the scope and price are finalized. Installation includes final fit and condition checks.
Can you work on just one room?
Yes, the service is being built for projects from a single feature wall to commercial interiors. Minimum orders and material availability depend on the selected product; we confirm these before your quote.
Can I request a custom design?
Share your idea in your project brief. Some suppliers offer custom shapes, finishes and fabrication. We confirm feasibility, samples, minimum quantities and lead times with the supplier.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the material, customization, shipping and site conditions. Your reviewed proposal will distinguish sourcing and delivery from on-site installation. We do not promise an installation date until those details are confirmed.
Will acoustic panels soundproof my room?
Sound absorption can help reduce reflections within a room. Sound isolation between rooms is a different requirement. Any acoustic performance claims must be confirmed for the exact product and installation.
